Payments
All payments on this website are processed via PayPal. PayPal offers an industry standard secure on-line payments system, and is recognised as one of the safest ways to pay for goods over the web. You can use any credit or debit card to pay via PayPal and there is no requirement to have a PayPal account to make payments.
Returns
We will take great care to check and package your order to ensure that your products leave us in perfect condition and to avoid any damage in transit. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we would ask that follow these guidelines:
- Contact us within 24 hours of taking delivery of your order providing us with with details of any damage.
- Return the item(s) to us in their original packaging making sure that they are packaged carefully to avoid any further damage. We recommend that you return goods via a tracked postal service e.g. DHL or ParcelForce as we can not provide a refund for any returned items that go missing in transit.
- When we recieve the returned item(s), your refund/exchange will be arranged and a refund for return postage will be made to you. (Please note that proof of postage costs that you have incurred will be required before we can give a refund for postage).
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Once the item(s) have been refunded you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal. If the item(s) are being exchanged, they will be sent out to you in accordance with our delivery guidelines.
