Prints
We use an authorised FujiFilm Professional Lab that uses Fujicolour Crystal Archive Professional paper. This ensures that our prints exhibit pure and vivid colours in a format that will last for many years.
Framed Prints
Our framed prints are available in two styles, black and oak and come supplied with a hanging kit and care instructions.
Our Black frames are a modern design finished in a smooth satin black that compliments colour and monochrome prints alike.
Our Oak frames are made of a beautiful solid oak providing a warm natural surround. Please note that grain and colour cannot be guaranteed as this is a natural untreated product.
Plexiglass
Every frame includes 2mm Crystal Clear 'XT' PLEXIGLASS. Visually there is no difference between traditional glass and Plexiglass, however Plexiglass is the safer alternative. This material is shatterproof, distortion and warp free and has a 100% UV Protective Coating. Plexiglass conforms to the latest BSI safety standards.
The Mount (framed prints)
We use a lightly textured Conservation mountboard that conforms to Fine Art Trade Guild requirements for Conservation (level 2). The core is made from alpha cellulose fibres, featuring a soft natural white colour that will not yellow over time. Each board is acid free and calcium carbonate buffered for enhanced durability and longevity. Being conservation quality, boards are lignin free with no optical brighteners. Cover papers are colour fast, resilient and bleed resistant. All of these qualities in a mountboard are important to us as it gives optimum protection and increases the life of your photographic print.
Canvas Prints
All our canvases are professionally made to order. They are printed to the highest standard on high quality 100% cotton canvas using
award winning HP Vivera Inks that are of archival standard and ensure vivid colour reproduction. If cared for properly, the ink is guaranteed to last for over 75 years.
The frame is made of solid pine and its depth will be either 0.75" or 1.5" depending on the size of the print. It will be made clear at
the time of purchase as to which frame depth will be used.
Each canvas has a matte coating that will help to protect against minor scratches and will give UV Prtotection from sunlight.
You will always see the full image on your canvas as we use the 'wraparound' method for printing, i.e. the image is mirrored on the canvas edges.
Quality Assurance
We always quality check each item before it is depatched to our customers and will not ship any item that does not meet our stringent standards.
Product Sizes
This option comes with a white border around the image, this means that the printed image will be slightly smaller than the size that is indicated on the product pages. The size indicated on the product pages is the size of the paper that the image is printed on.
The size of this product will be slightly larger than the size that is indicated on the product pages. The amount the size vaires will depend on the frame style chosen.
The size of this product will be acurate to within a few millimeters of the size that is indicated on the product pages.
